Reservations: Your room charges are based on double occupancy. There is a $40 extra charge for a third person. Room charges plus applicable taxes are charged to either a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card at the time your reservation is made.
Cancellations: A small Inn such as ours is dearly affected by cancellations and we ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy. We will cancel your reservation, less $10.00 fee per room night if we are notified ten or more days in advance. If you should cancel within ten days, we can refund your deposit, less fee, only if we are able to re-rent your room and we will make every effort to do so. Earlier than scheduled departures are handled as a cancellation and the same policies apply.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 pm. Please understand that we are preparing for your arrival, and cannot welcome you prior to 3:00 pm. If you are delayed and cannot arrive by 6:00 pm, please telephone. Late check-in, between 6:00 and 8:00 pm by prior arrangement. Check-out is by 11:00 am.
Minimum Stay: We observe a two-night minimum stay on weekends April 1 to November 15th. However, there are instances when a single night does become available. Please call us directly for information.
Additional Guests: Our rooms are furnished to accommodate 2 individuals. Our Brookside room can sleep three and the Cottage can sleep up to four. There is an additional charge of $40.00 per person per night.
Smoking: Our inn is a non-smoking facility and we do adhere strictly to our policy. If you choose to smoke, our large sun deck is available.
Children: We are able to host infants or children in the William & Mary Cottage. Young adults over the age of 12 can be hosted in the William and Mary Cottage and in the Garden View Room.
Pets: We’re sorry, but our inn is not equipped to welcome your pets, and we ask that you make other arrangements for them.
