| POLICIES
Reservations: Your room charges are based on
double occupancy. There is a $40 extra charge for a third
person. Room charges plus applicable taxes are charged to
either a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit
card at the time your reservation is made.
Cancellations: A small Inn such as ours is dearly
affected by cancellations and we ask for your understanding
and consideration of our policy. We will cancel your reservation,
less $10.00 fee per room night if we are notified fourteen
or more days in advance. If you should cancel within fourteen
days, we can refund your deposit, less fee, only if we are
able to re-rent your room and we will make every effort to
do so. Earlier than scheduled departures are handled as a
cancellation and the same policies apply.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is between 3:00
and 6:00 pm. Please understand that we are preparing for your
arrival, and cannot welcome you prior to 3:00 pm. If you are
delayed and cannot arrive by 6:00 pm, please telephone. Late
check-in, between 6:00 and 8:00 pm by prior arrangement. Sorry,
no check ins accommodated after 8:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00
am.
Minimum Stay*: We observe
a two-night minimum stay on weekends and three nights on some
holiday, special event and harvest season weekends. *Two
night minimum is waived from November 15 thru March 31 (We
accept one night minimum on weekends). Holiday weekends excluded.
Smoking: Our inn is a non-smoking facility and we
do adhere strictly to our policy. If you must smoke, our large
sun deck is available.
Pets: Were sorry, but our inn is not equipped
to welcome your pets, and we ask that you make other arrangements
for them.
